By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

II. Definitions and Interpretation

  • User / You: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.

III. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for activities conducted under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

IV. Operational Framework and Duties

A. Platform as Intermediary

pro-connect.agency acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. We are not a party to contracts formed between Clients and Service Professionals and do not provide the Services directly.

B. Obligations of Service Professionals

  • Provide accurate qualifications and service descriptions
  • Deliver services professionally and lawfully
  • Maintain required insurance coverage
  • Honor agreed pricing and schedules

C. Obligations of Clients

  • Provide accurate service requirements
  • Grant reasonable access for service delivery
  • Make timely payments
  • Submit fair and honest reviews

V. Financial Policies

Service Professionals set their own pricing. pro-connect.agency earns commission for facilitating engagements. Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

VI. Quality Control and Restricted Conduct

Users may submit reviews that must be truthful and compliant with our guidelines. Fraudulent activity, abuse, system manipulation, and circumvention of fees are strictly prohibited.

X. Liability, Indemnification, and Disputes

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, pro-connect.agency disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under LCIA rules in London.

XIII. Termination and Amendments
